The Alice Night One diagnostic sleep device is portable, easy-to-use and monitors your sleep from the comfort of your own home. After just one night of use, the data collected will be analyzed by a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) and interpreted by a Respirologist, providing you with an official diagnosis and personalized recommendations to help improve your sleep.

In addition to using the Alice NightOne, we also want to share some sleep tips to help you optimize your sleep quality:

  1. Create a bedtime routine: Establishing a consistent sleep schedule and winding down with a relaxing routine before bed can signal to your body that it's time to sleep.

  2. Create a sleep-friendly environment: Make sure your bedroom is conducive to sleep by keeping it cool, dark, and quiet. Invest in a comfortable mattress and pillows, and remove any distractions such as electronic devices at least two hours before bedtime.

  3. Limit caffeine and alcohol intake: Avoid consuming caffeine and alcohol close to bedtime as they can disrupt your sleep patterns and affect your sleep quality.

  4. Get regular exercise: Regular physical activity during the day can help you fall asleep faster and enjoy deeper sleep at night. Just make sure to avoid vigorous exercise close to bedtime.

  5. Manage stress: High levels of stress can interfere with your sleep. Find healthy ways to manage stress, such as through relaxation techniques or talking to a therapist.
